The above executive members shall run the affairs of the Association for a two-year term starting for May, 2014. Details of the job functions are as entrenched in the Constitution of the Association.
As expected, the Chairman is expected to preside over all the meetings of the EXCO and in his absence, the Vice Chairman. Each of the EXCO members is expected to render a report of his stewardship at the end of their tenor. The reports are expected to be presented to the whole house for consideration and acceptance at the end of their tenor.
The current Chairman has, in our June 2014 meeting, announced the creation of Standing Committees to assist the EXCO in the task of ensuring proper management of the Association. Hence the formation of the following committees and their membership:
